1. Reservations & Payment

• Price: 150 PLN / €35 per 1 hour.

• All sessions must be booked and paid in full in advance to secure a date and time.

• Payment confirms the reservation and is non-refundable, except where noted under Rescheduling.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• More than 72 hours’ notice: you may reschedule once within 60 days at no extra charge.

• Less than 72 hours’ notice: the booking fee is forfeited.

• No-shows are charged the full booked time.

3. Session Length & Overtime

• Minimum booking: 1 hour.

• Overtime is billed in 30-minute increments at the standard hourly rate and must be paid in full before the session ends.

• Set-up and tear-down are included in the booked time.

4. Included Services

• Studio rental includes:

• Full use of all instruments, microphones, and monitoring systems.

• An experienced sound engineer for setup, recording, and technical support.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Arrive on time; late arrivals do not extend the session.

• Handle all equipment with care. Any damage caused by negligence is the client’s responsibility.

• Provide your own storage media (hard drive or online link) if you require multitrack delivery.

6. Data & File Storage

• Project files are stored for 14 days after the session.

• Long-term backup is the client’s responsibility unless other arrangements are agreed in writing.

7. Rates & Taxes

• All rates are final. No VAT is charged under the small-business exemption (art. 113 VAT Act).

• Accepted payment methods: bank transfer via invoice.

8. Rights & Releases

• Drip Recordings may use short excerpts or behind-the-scenes photos for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
